Dear Friends,
I’m excited to share an incredible update from our recent trip to Guatemala with the Find The Change Foundation. After months of fundraising and preparing for this journey, we traveled to a small town where we had the privilege of meeting a truly inspiring woman named Rosa.
Rosa has been a quiet force of compassion in her community for over 15 years—devoting her life to gathering food and resources to distribute to families in need. Without formal backing or infrastructure, she’s been doing everything she can to support the most vulnerable in her town.
When we met with Rosa, she welcomed us with warmth and shared both her challenges and her dreams. Chief among them: having a dedicated building to house food supplies, holdmeetings, and offer support to the families she serves. She also spoke of the ongoing struggle to secure consistent donations to keep feeding those who rely on her.
We were able to offer Rosa something meaningful: six months’ worth of food for local families and a rented office space where she can expand her operations for the next two years. This space will serve as both a base of operations and a symbol of hope—an important step toward her long-held dream of a permanent building for her organization.
This visit was more than just a mission—it was a reminder of the impact we can make when we come together. Rosa’s strength and selflessness touched us deeply, and we are committed to returning and continuing to support her as our fundraising efforts grow.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this journey. We can’t wait to see what more we can achieve together.
With gratitude,
Manu
